The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Jorge Garcia and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soap Maker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Soap Maker misses with the combination.
Soap Maker with a lazy takedown attempt
and Dejesus holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Dejesus is trying to stall.
Dejesus seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Soap Maker is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.
Soap Maker is trying to force a seperation but Dejesus has the dominant position.
Dejesus can't find room to land a body shot as Soap Maker controls the action.
Soap Maker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dejesus has him pressed against the cage.
A bit of stalling here from Dejesus.
Soap Maker successfully pulls guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Soap Maker pulls Dejesus in close to his closed guard and prevents Dejesus from doing any damage or advancing position.
Soap Maker looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Soap Maker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dejesus can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Dejesus won't allow Soap Maker to sweep him here.

Soap Maker seems keen to control Dejesus's posture.
Dejesus wants to get up but he can't break Soap Maker's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Soap Maker has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Dejesus is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Dejesus misses with a body punch.
Dejesus prevents a takedown attempt there.
Soap Maker is trying to pull guard but Dejesus turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Arden Dejesus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mannetosen Soap Maker.
Soap Maker tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Dejesus's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Dejesus counters with a shoot takedown. Soap Maker fights it but they end up in guard.

Soap Maker has his foot on Dejesus's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dejesus works his way back into a safe position though.

Soap Maker has his hands clasped together around Dejesus's back. He's all about the action.
Dejesus thows a huge punch but Soap Maker dodges it nicely.

Dejesus is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Soap Maker is trying to control but can't.
Dejesus maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Soap Maker could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Dejesus has cracked it and Soap Maker is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Dejesus!
