Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Schmidt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schmidt comes into the arena with cult of personality blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kevin Stevens!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens closes this distance looking for a takedown but Schmidt circles away.

Schmidt lands a left and a right that send Stevens crashing to the mat, dazed. Schmidt thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Kevin Stevens has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Schmidt throws a jab but it's blocked by Stevens.
Stevens tries to score a power double leg takedown but Schmidt sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Stevens somewhat.
Schmidt drops Stevens with a big left hand! Stevens is injured, injured bad! Schmidt jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
