PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giovani Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Page comes to the ring accompanied by Bulls on Parade. Giovani Silva will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva tries to sprawl but Page drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Page connects with a nice short shot to Silva's temple.
Page trying to control the action but Silva is working from the bottom.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Page moves nicely into side control.
Page in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Page is chipping away with strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silva on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Page is staying tight to Silva's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Page working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Page staying calm.
Page cracks Silva with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Page immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Silva is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Page!
