Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roman Heskey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Roman Heskey has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heskey shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rose defends it nicely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Heskey.
Heskey shoots in looking for a takedown but Rose manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Heskey's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roman Heskey. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rose changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Heskey tries to avoid it but Rose manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Heskey to the ground. Heskey escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rose looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rose shoots in for a double leg but Heskey sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Rose dives in and scores a takedown into Heskey's guard.

Rose thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Rose has gone for a leg lock! Heskey slips out almost immediately though and dives into Rose's guard.

Heskey knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rose on the ground.

Rose is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Heskey frees his head nicely. Oh but Rose has switched to an armbar! Heskey is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
