Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Nevsky!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jerome Frazier!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frazier misses with a two punch combination.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nevsky.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nevsky wants to lay and pray for a moment but Frazier keeps working.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Frazier is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Nevsky has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Frazier is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Frazier is rocked!

Frazier is not content to let Nevsky control the position.
Frazier is still in real trouble! Can Nevsky finish him?
Frazier wants to get back to his feet but Nevsky is dominant here and he's now got Frazier's back!
Frazier seems to have recovered his senses.
Nevsky is looking to finish with some ground and pound!
Frazier controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
Nevsky is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Nevsky gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Nevsky gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Nevsky apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Nevsky moves into range and connects with a jab.

Nevsky feints and as Frazier raises his hands in defense, Nevsky changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nevsky chips away with some ground and pound.
Nevsky stops Frazier from standing up.
Nevsky scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Nevsky lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Nevsky passes Frazier's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Nevsky lands strikes from half guard.

Nevsky lands a big elbow - Frazier is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Nevsky!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Nevsky!
