Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tony Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Razor Ramon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Razor Ramon!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ramon shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Price is trying to stand up here but Ramon is controlling him well.

Ramon is looking to take a break and control but Price is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Ramon thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Ramon seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Ramon working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ramon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ramon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Price. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Price has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ramon can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Price is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Price seems to have got his legs back now.

Price had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ramon defends it easily.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Razor Ramon dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Ramon feints and as Price raises his hands in defense, Ramon changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ramon cracks Price with a solid left hand.
Ramon postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Price covers up, he's hurt! Ramon keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Ramon and the ref steps in to end the fight! Ramon can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Razor Ramon!
After winning the bout, Razor Ramon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
