The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonapart fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Bonapart throws a right and a left that Bundy avoids nicely.
Bundy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Bonapart shoots in for a double leg but Bundy sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Bonapart misses with a series of wild punches.
Bonapart tries for a takedown but Bundy sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
King Kong Bundy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Napoleon Bonapart.
Bundy just misses with a punch to the body.
Napoleon Bonapart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bonapart misses with a series of wild punches.
Bonapart moves forwards but Bundy connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Napoleon Bonapart has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bundy. Bonapart does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bonapart throws a head kick that misses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bonapart closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Bundy sizes up Bonapart with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
King Kong Bundy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bundy throws the left hand but Bonapart avoids the punch easily.
Bundy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bonapart sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Bonapart closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bundy quickly recovers to half guard.

Bonapart is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bundy is just riding it out for now. Bonapart eventually gives up the hold.
Bonapart wants to pass the guard but Bundy is defending well.

Bonapart is trying to work for a kimura but Bundy is defending well.

Bonapart is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Bundy is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
