The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Intelligence connects with a single shot there.

Cruz rushes Intelligence and presses him up against the cage.

Cruz jumps guard and drags Intelligence to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Cruz looking for a sweep. Not yet Cruz, not yet.

Cruz pushes Intelligence off and gets back to his feet.

Intelligence gets caught napping as Cruz dives in and scores a takedown. Intelligence manages to retain guard.
Cruz controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Intelligence really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cruz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Cruz seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Intelligence for as long as he can get away with.

Cruz drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Cruz as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Intelligence screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Cruz! Nice submission victory there!

A less than humble Cain Cruz misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
