Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Adderiy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knus Krust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adderiy's entrance music is Ain't No Sunshine. A fine choice. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Leandro Rodrigues and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krust wants to clinch but Adderiy slips to the side
and Adderiy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Krust won't be happy with that.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Adderiy tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Adderiy has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Adderiy postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Krust takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Adderiy throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Adderiy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Adderiy holds on and takes a little breather.

We've been hearing good reports from Adderiy's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Krust is looking to stand up but Adderiy won't let him.

Adderiy looks up at the clock and then as Krust takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Adderiy smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Krust takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Krust takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Krust pushes Adderiy away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Adderiy gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

so Adderiy counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Adderiy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Adderiy stands up over Krust, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Adderiy has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Adderiy seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Krust for as long as he can get away with.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Krust rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Adderiy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Krust ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Adderiy, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
