Block is nestled in close to Borburgh, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Borburgh knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Block on the ground.
Block is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Borburgh can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Block lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Borburgh is in a horrible position here. Block smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Block connects with a bit shot that sees Borburgh covering up! More strikes from Block and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Block is our winner by TKO!
