Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Saki Can (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Pin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Saki Can!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, King Pin!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pin misses with the combination.
Pin shoots in looking for a takedown but Can manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pin's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Pin tries to clinch up.
Can shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pin defends it nicely.
Can throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Pin tries to close the distance and clinch but Can swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pin throws a nice looking combination but Can bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pin throws a head kick but Can moves out of range.
Pin fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Pin closes the distance looking to clinch

and Can counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Can stalling the fight.

Pin is trying to break free.
Pin keeps control of Can as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Can really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Can is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Pin to keep the fight standing.
Can jumps guard but Pin turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Saki Can. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pin is trying to break the clinch but Can has him pressed against the cage.
Can is looking to take this one to the mat.
Can wants to get back to striking at distance but Pin won't allow it.
Pin is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Pin misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Can.

Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Can.

Can drags the fight down to the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Can keeping moving, preventing Pin from controlling successfully.
Pin throws an elbow that misses. Can uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Pin's guard. Nice move by Can!
Pin is looking to stand up but Can isn't so interested in that idea.
Can controls from within his opponent's guard.

Can decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
No joy there for Pin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Can.
Pin avoids a kick to the body.
Pin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
King Pin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Can throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Can blocks a head kick by Pin.
Can shoots in for a double leg but Pin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Can displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Pin.
Pin is looking to clinch but Can is avoiding it.

Can takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Can showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Pin.
A punch combination from Pin misses.
A combination from Pin does no damage.
Can shoots in looking for a takedown but Pin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Can's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Can rushes Pin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Can is trying to push Pin away but Pin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Pin wants to break free but Can has control.
Pin prevents Can from breaking the clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Pin wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Can pressing his opponent against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Saki Can will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Pin is looking to clinch but Can is avoiding it.
Pin looks to score with a jab to the body but Can is just out of range.
Can tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Pin defends well and Can ends up having to push Pin into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Pin is trying to break free.
Pin is trying to force a seperation but Can has the dominant position.
Can goes for a takedown attempt but Pin pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Can moves into the clinch.
Pin is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Can is keeping busy.
Can is trying to push Pin away but Pin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Can manages to break the clinch.
Can looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Saki Can. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Can tries to clinch up but Pin circles away and keeps his distance.
Can fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pin avoids it really well and circles away.
No joy there for Pin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Can moves into the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Pin's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Can successfully pulls guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Pin working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Pin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Can manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Can breaks from Pin's wrist control and lands an elbow.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Can throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Can tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Can's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Pin has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Can is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Pin is trying to break free.

Can looking for the choke but no joy.

Can has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Pin has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Pin wants to control his opponent's hands but Can gets his hands free.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Saki Can dominated that second round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!


Pin throws out a leg kick but Can moves out of range and Pin only half commits.
Pin throws the kick towards the body but Can avoids it.
Pin throws a right and a left that Can avoids nicely.
Pin avoids the head kick by Can.
Pin shoots for a double leg takedown but Can sprawls well. He's pushed Pin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Pin misses with a few strikes there.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Pin.
Pin looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Can jabs at Pin's body.
Pin looks for the body kick but Can saw that one coming.
Pin looks to land a combination but Can avoids it well.
Can shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pin but Pin pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Can looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pin is fending him off so far but Can persists. Nope, Pin circles away and we're back to standing.
Pin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Can sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pin somewhat.
Saki Can has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of King Pin.
Pin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Can keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Can scores with a one two! Pin had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Pin looks for the body kick but Can saw that one coming.

Can gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Pin is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Can prevents Pin from breaking the clinch.

Can decides to pull guard.
Can utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Pin wants to stand and escape but instead Can has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Can gets to his feet. Pin looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Can misses with a head kick.
Pin ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Pin misses with a wild combination.
Pin defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Can.

Can moves into the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Can has Pin pressed against the cage, preventing Pin from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Can is trying to break free.
Pin wants to get back to striking at distance but Can won't allow it.
Pin looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Pin stops a takedown attempt from Can.
Pin is trying to pull guard but Can has him pressed against the cage.
Can makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Pin tries to break the clinch but Can is controlling the position.
Pin wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Can has him pressed against the cage.
Can looking to throw knees to the head but Pin is blocking nicely.
Pin blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Can is trying to push Pin away but Pin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Can tries to stall but Pin uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Can tries to break the clinch but Pin is controlling the position.
Pin can't break the clinch.
Pin wants to break the clinch but can't.
Pin goes for a takedown in the clinch but Can prevents it.
Can can't break the clinch.
King Pin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Pin tries to circle away but Can has him pinned against the cage.
Can keeps control of Pin as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Pin misses with a punch to the body.
Pin prevents Can from breaking the clinch.
Saki Can is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Can prevents a body shot from Pin.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Saki Can.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Can, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
