Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olen Sellers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slapp Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thompson has chosen New Noise as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Olen Sellers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Slapp Thompson!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson lands a jab to Sellers's midsection.
Sellers stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Thompson.
Thompson throws a sloppy body shot
and Sellers counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sellers avoids a kick to the body.

Thompson steps into range and cracks Sellers with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Sellers flops backwards and Thompson dives into his guard looking to finish!

It looks like Olen Sellers has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sellers is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Thompson is aware though and is defending well.
Thompson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Sellers is trying to control the position but Thompson postures up.
Thompson wants to control from the top but Sellers keeps moving.
Thompson passes into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sellers blocking the ground and pound attempt from Thompson.
Thompson scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Sellers is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thompson lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Sellers quite badly. Sellers pulls Thompson in close trying to recover. Thompson postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Sellers on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Sellers doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Slapp Thompson!
After winning the bout, Slapp Thompson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
