Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dry Humping (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johny Hendricks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hendricks has chosen Alab ng Puso-Abra as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dry Humping!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Johny Hendricks!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Chris Saunders and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Humping shoots in for a takedown but Hendricks shows good takedown defense.
Hendricks looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Humping throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hendricks tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Humping is in Hendricks's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Humping trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Humping has gone for a leg lock! Hendricks slips out almost immediately though and dives into Humping's guard.
Humping pulls Hendricks in close to his closed guard and prevents Hendricks from doing any damage or advancing position.
Hendricks trying to control the position from guard on top but Humping is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Humping looking for a sweep. Not yet Humping, not yet.
Hendricks wants to control from the top but Humping keeps moving.
Humping tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Humping manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hendricks manages to get himself to full guard.
Humping postures up in Hendricks's guard and throws a big left but Hendricks blocks it.
Humping definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Humping slips nicely into half guard.
Humping controlling the action here.
Humping thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Humping is taking a breather. Hendricks says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Humping trying to control the action but Hendricks is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Humping stalling.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Dry Humping wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Humping tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hendricks defends well and Humping ends up having to push Hendricks into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hendricks jumps guard and drags Humping to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Humping passes Hendricks's left leg - he's now in half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Humping perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Humping's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Humping is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hendricks doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Humping.
Humping wants to take a breather but Hendricks is having none of it.
Humping trying to pass the guard but Hendricks defending well.
Humping is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Hendricks is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Dry Humping!
In defeat, Johny Hendricks stepped up to the mic, saying 'We will rise again.!'.
