Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olen Gibbs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koji Sithu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibbs swats away the attempt to clinch by Sithu.
Gibbs throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sithu tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Gibbs is in Sithu's guard.

Sithu chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gibbs can pounce on him.
Gibbs tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sithu swivels and escapes.

Sithu tightens his grip and picks Gibbs up, before dumping him to the ground. Gibbs manages to land in guard.

Olen Gibbs overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Sithu scores with a big shot! Gibbs's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Gibbs! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

After the fight, Koji Sithu was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
