Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Slado Borodko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jetrone Lagoc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lagoc has chosen Before I Forget as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jetrone Lagoc will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jetrone Lagoc!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagoc lands a nice looking body shot.
Lagoc tries to bum rush Borodko with a series of wild strikes but Borodko uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Borodko closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lagoc circles away.
Lagoc stuns Borodko with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Borodko is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Borodko shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lagoc but Lagoc pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Lagoc has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Borodko is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Jetrone Lagoc seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lagoc throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Borodko takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Borodko throws a body punch but Lagoc moves out of range.
A punch combination from Lagoc misses.
Lagoc throws a nice looking combination but Borodko bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A lazy left from Lagoc finds it's target.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Borodko takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Lagoc comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Lagoc stalks Borodko and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Borodko's face. Borodko staggers backwards, shaken.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A jab from Lagoc finds it's way through Borodko's defenses.
Lagoc lands with a shot to the body.
Borodko throws a head kick but Lagoc moves out of range.
Borodko is breathing heavily.
Lagoc misses with a jab, cross combination.
Borodko throws a head kick but Lagoc moves out of range.
Borodko tries to close the distance and clinch but Lagoc swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
No luck for Borodko with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Slado Borodko. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Borodko takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Borodko avoids a punch combination nicely.
Borodko moves to clinch but Lagoc breaks away
and Lagoc counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lagoc throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Borodko stumbling backwards into the cage! Borodko bounces back off the cage towards Lagoc, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Lagoc lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Lagoc celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jetrone Lagoc!
A very excited looking Jetrone Lagoc made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
