Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hieu Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyresse Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nguyen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Miller is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nguyen feints and as Miller raises his hands in defense, Nguyen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Miller manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Nguyen manages to get himself to full guard.
Miller stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nguyen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Miller drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Nguyen manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Miller has Nguyen in his guard.

Miller has his foot on Nguyen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nguyen works his way back into a safe position though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A very excited looking Tyresse Miller rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
