Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Harvi Kalaso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kalaso might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hank Williams SR. . Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dempsey forces Kalaso back against the ropes and clinches.
Kalaso trying to control the position but instead, Dempsey has worked for underhooks and has pushed Kalaso into the ropes.

Dempsey escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kalaso takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Dempsey uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Dempsey defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kalaso.
Kalaso tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Dempsey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Oh Kalaso is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Still in the clinch, Dempsey scores with a nice short uppercut.
Dempsey dips a shoulder and cracks Kalaso with a mighty uppercut! Kalaso falls back against the ropes and Dempsey unloads with a barrage of strikes! Kalaso is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Dempsey screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
