Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bob Orange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rudolf Hinkle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bob Orange!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rudolf Hinkle!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hinkle stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hinkle wants it to stay on the feet.
Orange defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hinkle.

Hinkle has taken the fight to the clinch.
Orange stalling.

Orange manages to break the clinch.

Orange gets caught flat footed, as Hinkle shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Orange controlling Hinkle's posture.
Orange really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Orange throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Hinkle is looking to stand up but Orange won't let him.
Orange on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Orange tries to get out of the position.

Hinkle postures up.
Hinkle has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Orange is proving hard to escape from.
Orange will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Orange bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hinkle's guard.
Orange wants to stand but Hinkle has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Orange looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Hinkle working a defensive guard here.

Orange trying to control the position from guard on top but Hinkle is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Orange postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hinkle will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hinkle shoots in but no luck this time.
Bob Orange has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rudolf Hinkle.

Orange fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hinkle to the ground. Orange is now in Hinkle's guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Orange keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Orange looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Orange trying to control the pace.
Hinkle is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Orange passes to side control.

Orange wants to control but Hinkle is keeping him busy.
Orange controlling the position from side mount.

Orange tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Orange will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Hinkle taking punishment in the form of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bob Orange dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Hinkle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Orange circles away quickly and effectively.

Orange forces Hinkle back against the cage and clinches.
Hinkle is trying to break free.
Orange is working for takedown but Hinkle is calmly controlling the position for now.

Orange breaks the clinch.
Hinkle jabs Orange to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Orange showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hinkle.
Hinkle fails in his attempt to clinch.

Orange gets a double leg takedown into Hinkle's guard.

Orange drops back looking for a leg! Hinkle is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hinkle manages to kick Orange off! Orange jumps back into Hinkle's guard.

Orange thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Orange sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hinkle's guard.
Orange performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
It looks like Orange is going to stand back up.

Orange seems to be working for a kimura but Hinkle defends the submission attempt.
Hinkle keeping hold of Orange's head, controlling as best he can.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hinkle throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Hinkle is trying to control but Orange manages to pass to mount!

Orange looking to secure an arm triangle but Hinkle defends it well.
Hinkle is desperately trying to improve his position but Orange has a good base and remains in mount.
Hinkle is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee warns Hinkle that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Orange tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Orange cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Hinkle wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
A nice elbow there by Orange.
Orange wants to control the pace but Hinkle is squirming around nicely.
Orange working Hinkle over with strikes here.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hinkle working to try and regain half guard.
Hinkle tries to buck Orange off but he can't manage it.
Bob Orange overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Hinkle is breathing heavily.

Hinkle defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Orange.

Orange has control of Hinkle's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hinkle regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Orange scores with a couple of good head shots there.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Orange landing strikes, looking to finish!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bob Orange dominated that second round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!


Hinkle tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Orange was well out of range. Poor timing from Hinkle.
Hinkle tries to clinch up.
A clash of legs there as Hinkle blocks the low kick.
No joy there for Orange, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Hinkle gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Orange to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Orange won't allow Hinkle to get back to his feet.
Orange controls from within his opponent's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Orange advances position into side control!
Hinkle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Orange. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Check out the look on Orange's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Hinkle is looking to reverse the position.
Orange is looking to take a break and control but Hinkle is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Hinkle is working to avoid the ground and pound but Orange connects with a decent elbow.
Who's going to make the next move?
Hinkle trying to control but Orange flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!

Orange throwing damaging strikes from the back! Hinkle could be in trouble here!

Orange working for the choke.
Orange really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Hinkle.
Orange gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Orange controls the position.

Orange is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Hinkle knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Hinkle for a finish.

Orange scores with strikes from the back.
Orange has good solid back control here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Orange is cranking Hinkle's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Hinkle! He's tightened the choke and Hinkle is tapping out!
