The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartman scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Hartman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Saint Piere swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Saint Piere shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. George Saint Piere hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Saint Piere avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
