Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Federico Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morar Daniel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Federico Monroe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Morar Daniel!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Daniel looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Monroe looks for a takedown but Daniel sprawls well.
Daniel fails to land the takedown.
Monroe tries to clinch up but Daniel circles away and keeps his distance.
Monroe tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Daniel manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Daniel throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Daniel tries to score a power double leg takedown but Monroe sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Daniel somewhat.
Daniel will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Federico Monroe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Morar Daniel.
Daniel shoots in for a takedown but Monroe shows good takedown defense.
Monroe ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Daniel moves away.
Daniel goes for a double leg but Monroe avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Monroe continues to drive forward.

Daniel should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Monroe turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Monroe manages to end up in side control.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Monroe cracks Daniel with a big right hand but Daniel just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Daniel tries to buck Monroe off but Monroe is having none of it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Monroe is working for a guillotine from mount but Daniel frees his head quite easily.

Daniel tries to hold on but Monroe postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Daniel is trying desperately to improve position.
Monroe trying to control but Daniel is having none of it.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Monroe throws a right and a left that both miss.
Daniel fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Monroe avoids it really well and circles away.

Monroe looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Monroe stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Monroe wants it to stay on the feet.

Daniel blocks a head kick by Monroe.
Daniel dives in and grabs Monroe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Monroe pushes down on Daniel's head and hops out.
Monroe goes for a double leg but Daniel avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Daniel continues to drive forward.
Daniel jumps guard but Monroe stands there with Daniel around his waist. Daniel gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Daniel makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Daniel.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Daniel working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Monroe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Monroe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Monroe is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Monroe tries to free his leg and advance position but Daniel is retaining full guard.
Monroe wants to get up but he can't break Daniel's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Federico Monroe wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Daniel jumps guard and drags Monroe to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Daniel isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Monroe stacks Daniel on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Monroe!

Daniel pushes Monroe off looking to stand but Monroe dives back in and keeps control.

Monroe is working for a kimura but Daniel is defending it quite comfortably.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close second round but I would say that Federico Monroe will probably get the nod.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Monroe has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Daniel's body.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Monroe, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
