Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Lock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Rave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rave comes into a darkened arena with his song building. What Happened? kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! John Lock could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Craig Rave's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Lock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Craig Rave! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rave is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rave fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Rave shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lock as he avoids it easily. Rave tries to clinch but Lock moves away and Lock counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Lock. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Rave trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Lock won't allow Rave to sweep him here. Rave is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lock is controlling him. Rave is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Rave looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Rave has his foot on Lock's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lock works his way back into a safe position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rave is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lock is aware though and is defending well. Rave is looking for a triangle but Lock pushes his legs off easily.
Lock trying to control but Rave is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rave has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lock doesn't defend quickly enough and Rave has managed to lock this one up! Can Lock escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Rave on a fantastic submission victory.
