Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tomas Aldebaran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marshall Creola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marshall Creola!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creola misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Aldebaran has closed the distance and engaged Creola in a clinch.

Aldebaran is trying to drag Creola to the mat but Creola just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


A big right from Aldebaran misses.
Aldebaran changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Creola tries to avoid it but Aldebaran manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Creola to the ground. Creola escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Creola finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Marshall Creola hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Horrible takedown by Aldebaran or perhaps it was just good defense by Creola which made him look bad.
Tomas Aldebaran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well Creola has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
