Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between God Zilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Obban Gangmanstyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zilla comes to the cage accompanied by Your arms feel like home.. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, God Zilla!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Obban Gangmanstyle!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gangmanstyle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gangmanstyle takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Good leg kick by Zilla there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Donk. Zilla catches Gangmanstyle right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Obban Gangmanstyle has been cut.
We've been told by Zilla's head coaches at MuscleWorks Amsterdam™ that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Zilla shoots in and bounces Gangmanstyle off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Gangmanstyle can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Zilla controls the pace.

Zilla drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Zilla jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Zilla pushes down on Gangmanstyle's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Zilla working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Zilla takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Zilla is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Gangmanstyle sees it coming and defends easily.
Zilla not doing much here.

Gangmanstyle is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Zilla has latched onto it... Big trouble! Zilla pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Gangmanstyle is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Zilla!
