Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between William Hatfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Jacobs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hatfield comes to the cage accompanied by Country Boy Can Survive. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Jacobs!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jorge Garcia and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jacobs closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Hatfield prevents Jacobs from moving into mount.
Jacobs wants to stand but Hatfield has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.

Hatfield drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hatfield jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
