Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karl Hungus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haryy Houdini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hungus comes to the cage accompanied by Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hungus moves into the clinch.
Hungus has a couple of punches blocked by Houdini.
Hungus blocks a body shot from Houdini.
Houdini goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Hungus blocks an uppercut.
Hungus lands with a short shot to the head.
Houdini struggles to land a body shot inside as Hungus controls his hands.
Hungus lands a left hand.
Houdini misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Hungus lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Houdini backwards.
Houdini lands a body shot.
Hungus pushes Houdini back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Hungus tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Houdini is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Hungus is defending well.
Houdini misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Houdini tightens his grip and picks Hungus up, before dumping him to the ground. Hungus manages to land in guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Hungus is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Houdini defends well.

Houdini got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hungus has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Houdini has managed to get both his arms back between Hungus's legs - danger averted.

Hungus is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Houdini rolls with it to try and escape but Hungus cranks on the arm and Houdini is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
