Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Eldon Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bak Mei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eldon Mack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bak Mei!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mei throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Mack stuffs the takedown attempt from Mei. Mei gets slowly back to his feet.
Mei pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mack is defended easily by Mei.
Mei is looking to clinch but Mack is avoiding it.
Mack throws a right hand that Mei ducks under and follows up with a left that Mei also avoids with ease.
Mack tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mei paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Mack really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mack shoots in and drives through. Mei sprawls well.
Mei takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Mack tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mei defends well and Mack ends up having to push Mei into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eldon Mack. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mei tries to pull guard but Mack won't allow it.
Mei is pressed up against the cage. Mack has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Mei down to the mat. Mei avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Mei shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mack sprawls well. Mack wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mei gets slowly back to his feet.

Mack gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A body shot lands from Mei.
Mei prevents the takedown attempt.
Mei drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mack gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mei is trying to break the clinch but Mack has him pressed against the cage.
Mack tries to pull guard but Mei won't allow it.

Mei breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Mei tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mack swivels and escapes.
Mei shoots in looking for a takedown but Mack manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mei's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mei swats away the attempt to clinch by Mack.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nice takedown defense from Mei. No joy for Mack on that attempt.
Mei scores with a head kick. Mack tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
An inside leg kick lands from Mei.
Mei displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mack.
Mack looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mei tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mack defends well and Mei ends up having to push Mack into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Mei wants to get back to his feet but Mack is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Mack throws an elbow that misses. Mei uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mack's guard. Nice move by Mei!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mei wants to stand but Mack has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mei wants to control from the top but Mack keeps moving.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bak Mei dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Mei changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mack tries to avoid it but Mei manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mack to the ground. Mack escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mei looks for a takedown but Mack sprawls well.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mei looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mei shoots in but Mack avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Eldon Mack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bak Mei.

Mack shoots for a double leg takedown but Mei sprawls well. He's pushed Mack's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Mei is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Mack's shoulder. That is not cool.

Mack manages to regain half guard whilst avoiding the strikes.

Mei throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Mei is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Mack defends it well.

Bak Mei showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Mei shoots for a takedown but Mack saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Mei is taking a breather. Mack says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Mei fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mack avoids it really well and circles away.
Eldon Mack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bak Mei.
Mei takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Mack goes for a double leg but Mei avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mei continues to drive forward.

Mack jumps guard but Mei stands there with Mack around his waist. Mack gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Well Mei has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
