The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price throws a body kick that misses
and Parks counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Price gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Parks regains guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Parks keeping moving, preventing Price from controlling successfully.
Parks manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Price manages to get himself to full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Price can do anything to dispel that myth.
Parks works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Parks decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Price goes for a double leg but Parks avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Parks continues to drive forward.

Parks avoiding damage as Price throws knees to the body.
Price prevents Parks from breaking the clinch.
Parks goes for a takedown in the clinch but Price prevents it.
Parks blocks an elbow strike from Price.
Price misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Parks.
Parks jumps guard.
Price wants to control from the top but Parks keeps moving.

Parks is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Parks is looking for a triangle but Price pushes his legs off easily.

Price slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Price uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Parks.
Price throws a series of punches but Parks avoids them all with ease.
Parks fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Price displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Parks.

Price lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Parks circles away quickly and effectively.
Parks shoots in looking for a takedown. Price tries to sprawl out of it but Parks keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Price manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Parks is breathing heavily.
Parks fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Price avoids it really well and circles away.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Price! Parks is out on his feet! Price rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Parks is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Parks is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
