The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blessed misses with a two punch combination.
Blessed lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Blessed lands an overhand right.
Blessed throws the left hand but Tenjin avoids the punch easily.
Blessed scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tenjin doesn't seem bothered though.
Blessed swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Blessed looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Tenjin drives through and clinches with Blessed against the cage.

Blessed escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tenjin misses with a series of wild punches.
Tenjin tries to move into range but Blessed moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Blessed throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bryan Blessed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tenjin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Blessed as he avoids it easily.
Blessed looks to land a combination but Tenjin avoids it well.

Blessed looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Tenjin needs to keep his hands up - Blessed had a free shot at his head there.
Blessed throws a series of punches but Tenjin moves out of range.
Blessed rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tenjin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Tenjin has Blessed up against the cage in a clinch.
Tenjin told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
