Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Issac Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muhammed Salah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Issac Turner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Muhammed Salah!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Salah clinches up against the cage.
Turner is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Turner lands a takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Salah looking to hit a scissor sweep but Turner is one step ahead there.
Salah is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Salah bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Turner's guard.
Salah trying to control the position from guard on top but Turner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Turner looking for a guillotine here but Salah defends easily.
Turner has a closed guard, preventing Salah from standing up.
Salah trying to control but Turner is working from the bottom.
Turner seems keen to control Salah's posture.
Salah is looking to work some ground and pound but Turner has wrist control.

Salah throws a strike but Turner rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Salah is looking for a triangle but Turner pushes his legs off easily.

Salah really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Turner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Turner wants to pass the guard but Salah is keeping the position.
Turner postures up and lands a big shot to Salah's brow.

Turner wanted to stand there but Salah had control of the position.

Turner is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Salah will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Salah sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Turner seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Salah for as long as he can get away with.
Salah has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Turner is working away from the top position though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Salah is looking for a sweep. Turner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Salah throws a lazy right hand but Turner sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Salah closes the distance and clinches.
Turner takes a knee right on the jaw!

Salah keeping moving, preventing Turner from controlling successfully.

Salah looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Turner is pushing down on Salah's leg trying to pass to half guard. Salah is fighting to maintain full guard but Turner has managed to sneak the leg through.
Salah is breathing heavily.
Salah wants to improve his position but Turner is controlling well.

Turner is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Salah has managed to free his arm - good work.
Turner works his foot free and advances to mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Turner cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Turner takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Turner can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Salah is looking to escape.
BOOM! Turner connects with a massive shot to the dome!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Turner landing strikes from the mount and Salah is in trouble!
Turner postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Salah looks a forlorn figure.
Turner tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Turner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Turner unloading with bombs!
Turner scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Salah?
Turner trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Salah is trying desperately to improve position.

Turner controlling his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Turner tries to control but Salah wriggling away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Issac Turner dominated that second round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

No luck with that takedown attempt from Salah.

Turner shoots in and gets a takedown into Salah's guard.
Salah looking to control.
Turner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Turner won't allow Salah to sweep him here.

Issac Turner has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Turner tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Turner shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Salah but Salah pushes him off and we're back to square one.
The fight stays on the outside here - Salah looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Horrible takedown by Salah or perhaps it was just good defense by Turner which made him look bad.
Salah takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Salah closes this distance looking for a takedown but Turner circles away.
Issac Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Muhammed Salah.
Turner tries to score a power double leg takedown but Salah sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Turner somewhat.
Salah throws a push kick but Turner slaps the foot to one side.

and Turner counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Salah thinking.

Turner dives in and scores a takedown into Salah's guard.
Salah is trying to control the position but Turner postures up.
Turner wanted to stand there but Salah had control of the position.
Turner passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Salah tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Turner wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Turner just content to control the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Turner lands a decent elbow from side control.
Turner is looking to take a break and control but Salah is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Turner takes a little break here. Salah wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Salah wants to control but Turner postures up.
Salah tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Turner has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Salah is in real trouble here. Turner gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Salah is tapping out! Turner wins by rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Issac Turner!
