The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away.

A bit of stalling here from Lee.

Lee manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Lee keeping full guard, as Brown tries to pass.

Lee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brown stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lee swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Lee has his feet on Brown's thighs here. He's pushed Brown off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Brown screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
