Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roman Reigns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacques De Molay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Molay throws a shot to the body.
Molay tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Reigns was well out of range. Poor timing from Molay.
Molay misses with a few strikes there.
Molay throws a jab but it's blocked by Reigns.
Molay connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Molay throws a lazy right hand but Reigns sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Molay loads up on a big right hand but Reigns slips the punch.
Molay bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Reigns's head backwards.

Reigns gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Reigns blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Reigns jumps guard and drags Molay to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Reigns has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Molay off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Reigns shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Molay's guard.
Molay looks winded!
Molay can't keep his opponent in guard - Reigns advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Reigns decides to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Reigns swings for the body but Molay moves out of range.

Reigns fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Molay to the ground. Reigns is now in Molay's guard.
Reigns's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Reigns is in close to Molay's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Reigns scoring with punches to the head and body.
Reigns is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Reigns works a leg free and moves into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Reigns takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Reigns sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Reigns has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Reigns takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Reigns is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Reigns extends the arm and Molay is forced to tap!
