The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior throws a nice looking combination but Kickbuttowski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Junior swats away the attempt to clinch by Kickbuttowski.
Junior misses with a straight left.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kickbuttowski looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A lazy left from Junior finds it's target.
Kickbuttowski tries to close the distance and clinch but Junior swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Kickbuttowski tries to clinch up but Junior circles away and keeps his distance.
Junior dips to his left and cracks Kickbuttowski with an uppercut!

Junior scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Junior is working to tighten is grip on Kickbuttowski's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Kickbuttowski has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Junior is really squeezing tight and eventually Kickbuttowski passes out! Junior breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
