The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Frazier.
Garcia swings for the body but Frazier moves out of range.
Garcia's jab looks to have found its range, popping Frazier under the eye.
Rickson Garcia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Garcia connects with a single shot there.

Frazier lands a left and a right that send Garcia crashing to the mat, dazed. Frazier thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Rickson Garcia has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Garcia throws a head kick but Frazier moves out of range.
Garcia goes for a double leg but Frazier avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Frazier continues to drive forward.

Garcia escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Frazier throws a series of punches but Garcia moves out of range.
Frazier has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Frazier there as he acknowledges the shot.
Frazier takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Frazier moves out of range of the strikes.
Garcia misses with a body shot.
A combination from Frazier does no damage.
Garcia tests Frazier's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Garcia is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Garcia ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Garcia cracks a nice hook into Frazier's ribs.
Frazier looks to land a combination but Garcia avoids it well.
Frazier fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Garcia throws a sloppy body shot
and Frazier counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Garcia thinking.
Garcia gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Frazier counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Garcia has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Frazier walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Frazier doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Garcia swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Frazier.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Frazier with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Garcia to score with a decent uppercut.

The crowd cheers as Garcia lands an impressive looking overhand right. Frazier doesn't seem phased though.

Garcia clobbers Frazier with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Oh Frazier is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Garcia throws a shot from downtown. Frazier moves away and avoids it.
Garcia lands a big head kick that sends Frazier to the canvas! Garcia follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
