The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Betlach doesn't manage to clinch there - Maldi circles away.

Betlach shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Maldi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Betlach stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Betlach swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Maldi.
Betlach loads up on a big right hand but Maldi slips the punch.
Maldi feints and then cracks Betlach's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Betlach down.
Maldi takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Betlach! Maldi is out on his feet! Betlach rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Maldi is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Maldi is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
