Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Benji Lab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lab just misses with a punch to the body.
Griffin moves away from the strike by Lab.
Griffin shoots in for a takedown but Lab shows good takedown defense.
Lab keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Griffin tries to keep at a distance but Lab has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lab manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Lab seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Griffin for as long as he can get away with.

I really don't envy Lab right now.

That was a close second round but I would say that Benji Lab will probably get the nod.
