And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders fails with a takedown attempt.
Sanders darts in looking for a takedown but Gali gets double underhooks and turns Sanders into the cage.
Sanders tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Gali just stands there and leans against the cage.
Buretta Gali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Simon Sanders.
Gali throws a head punch that misses.
Sanders tries to break free but Gali pushes him back against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Sanders wants to break free but Gali has control.
Sanders escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Buretta Gali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gali missing with a left hand there. Sanders was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sanders throws a head kick but Gali moves out of range.
Sanders has closed the distance and engaged Gali in a clinch.
Sanders has Gali pushed against the cage.

A frustrated look appears on Gali's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Sanders manages to pull guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Gali prevents Sanders from getting back to his feet.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gali accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Gali controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Sanders escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gali gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Sanders keeping moving, preventing Gali from controlling successfully.

Gali trying to control but Sanders is working from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Buretta Gali.
Gali dodges the punch combination from Sanders.
Gali throws an overhand right that lands on Sanders's shoulder, as Sanders tries to avoid the shot.
Gali looks to score with a jab to the body but Sanders is just out of range.
Sanders throws a head kick but Gali moves out of range.
Sanders walks into a left hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sanders avoids the body shot from Gali.
Sanders is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gali sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Gali moves out of range of the body kick.

Sanders shoots in looking for a takedown but Gali manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sanders's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Gali cracks Sanders with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sanders fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sanders uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gali.
Sanders throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gali throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Sanders will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Nice takedown defense from Gali. No joy for Sanders on that attempt.
A left lands for Gali.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sanders moves away from the strike by Gali.

Sanders takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Sanders takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Sanders walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Gali! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
