The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snow is trying hard to land a takedown here. Alcaraz sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Alcaraz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Snow.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Snow.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Snow. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Snow misses with a takedown attempt - Alcaraz sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Alcaraz is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Snow.
Bubao Alcaraz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Snow dives in for a single leg takedown but Alcaraz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Snow tries to pull guard but Alcaraz forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Alcaraz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Alcaraz looks to land a combination but Snow avoids it well.
Snow fails with the takedown
and Alcaraz counters with a three punch combo that has Snow backing up. Snow nods at Alcaraz to acknowledge the strikes.
Alcaraz tries to bum rush Snow with a series of wild strikes but Snow uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A slow jab from Alcaraz misses its intended target.

Snow tries for a takedown but Alcaraz circles away easily
letting Alcaraz counter with a right hand.
Snow looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Alcaraz cracks Snow with a right hand to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Snow moves out of range of the strikes.
Snow tries for a takedown but Alcaraz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Alcaraz misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Alcaraz slaps away a takedown attempt from Snow, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Alcaraz throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Alcaraz might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Alcaraz uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

and Alcaraz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.


Snow is rocked!
Alcaraz throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Oh Snow is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Alcaraz steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Snow is out on his feet! Alcaraz sets himself and nearly takes Snow's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bubao Alcaraz!
Our winner, Bubao Alcaraz, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
