Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Bill Gunderson!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia tries a head kick but it misses.
Gunderson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Garcia tries to avoid it but Gunderson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Garcia to the ground. Garcia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gunderson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Garcia looks to land a combination but Gunderson avoids it well.
Gunderson clinches up against the cage.
Garcia can't get the takedown.
Garcia is pressed up against the cage. Gunderson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Garcia down to the mat. Garcia avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Garcia's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Garcia duly obliges.
It looks like Bill Gunderson has been cut.

and Gunderson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Gunderson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Garcia avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Damien Garcia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bill Gunderson.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gunderson drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Garcia gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Gunderson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Garcia is defending well for now.

Gunderson is trying to drag Garcia to the mat but Garcia just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Garcia drops down looking for an ankle pick but Gunderson pulls his leg out and moves away.

and Garcia counters with a flying knee that drops Gunderson! Garcia dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!

After winning the bout, Damien Garcia thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
