Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sid Little (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marvin Fon Gadov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marvin Fon Gadov looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sid Little!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Marvin Fon Gadov!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fon Gadov tries to clinch up.
Fon Gadov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Fon Gadov slaps away a takedown attempt from Little, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Fon Gadov tries to keep at a distance but Little has taken the fight into the clinch.

Little has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Fon Gadov is trying to keep an underhook but Little manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Little is working for a submission of some sort.
Little missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Still in half guard, Little seems content to control.
Little wants to pass the guard but Fon Gadov is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Sid Little just wasn't active enough.
Fon Gadov walks into a stiff left hand from Little.
Little throws a sloppy head kick and Fon Gadov moves out of range easily.
Little closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fon Gadov circles away.
Fon Gadov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Little closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Little works his way into side control.
Little happy to just control the position for now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Little has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Fon Gadov parries the strikes from Little easily there. Little is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Fon Gadov to escape.

Little looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Fon Gadov is avoiding damage well.
Fon Gadov is not content to let Little control the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Sid Little just wasn't active enough.

Nice takedown defense from Fon Gadov. No joy for Little on that attempt.

Little goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.


It looks like Marvin Fon Gadov has been cut.
Fon Gadov shoots in and drives through. Little sprawls well.
Little ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Little closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Fon Gadov quickly recovers to half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fon Gadov is in trouble now - Little has advanced to mount!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Little feints and as Fon Gadov raises his hands in defense, Little changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Little trying to stand up but can't free himself from Fon Gadov's guard.
Sid Little overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Little slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sid Little.
Little looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fon Gadov is fending him off so far but Little persists. Nope, Fon Gadov circles away and we're back to standing.
Fon Gadov is breathing heavily.
Little closes the distance and clinches up with Fon Gadov, looking for a takedown. Little pushes Fon Gadov against the cage but Fon Gadov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Little dives in and scores a takedown into Fon Gadov's guard.
Little not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Little accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Fon Gadov utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Little slips nicely into half guard.
Little slows the pace down in half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

We're going to have a standup here because Sid Little wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Little gets the takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fon Gadov is trying to escape the position but Little is controlling the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fon Gadov takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Fon Gadov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Little. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
You can see the frustration on Fon Gadov's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Little has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Fon Gadov!

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Fon Gadov dives in and grabs Little's left leg, looking for a takedown. Little pushes down on Fon Gadov's head and hops out.
Fon Gadov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Little is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Fon Gadov takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sid Little.
Little shoots in looking for a takedown. Fon Gadov tries to sprawl out of it but Little keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fon Gadov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Little is trying to maintain a safe position but Fon Gadov gets an underhook and turns Little into the cage.

Little jumps guard and drags Fon Gadov to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Little is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Little controls Fon Gadov momentarily but Fon Gadov frees himself.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Little trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Little is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Sid Little wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Little throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Little counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fon Gadov won't be happy with that.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Little is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Fon Gadov is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Little wants to control but Fon Gadov is keeping him busy.

Little wants to stand but Fon Gadov is controlling his arm.
Little lands an elbow.
Little tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Little swings around for an armbar but Fon Gadov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Little's guard.

Little trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Marvin Fon Gadov has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Little pulls Fon Gadov in close to prevent any damage.
Little is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Fon Gadov would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Fon Gadov is fighting to break Little's control of his arms but Little is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Sid Little showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Little has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
