Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Wayne Love!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Eric Epp!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Epp lands with a nice body punch.
Epp cracks Love with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Epp lands with a hook. Love tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Love shoots in for a takedown but Epp shows good takedown defense.
Love walks into a jab.
Epp lands a two punch combo.
Epp throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Love.
Epp lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Love avoids a punch combination nicely.
Eric Epp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Epp misses with a combination
and Love counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Epp thinking.
Epp misses with a two punch combination.
Epp scores with a head kick. Love tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Love fails with a takedown attempt.
Epp avoids the head kick by Love.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Love takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Epp fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Love on the side of the head.
Love really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Epp connects with a crisp jab.
Love shoots in for a takedown but Epp shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wayne Love. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Epp fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Love scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Epp is defending against the submission attempts here by Love.
Love seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Epp has recovered full guard.

Love postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Epp is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Love, into his guard.
Love throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Epp trying to control the position from guard on top but Love is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Love has his foot on Epp's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Epp works his way back into a safe position though.
Love being controlled here, momentarily.
Epp throwing strikes from guard but Love blocks nicely.

Epp wants to control from the top but Love keeps moving.
Epp missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Love is looking for a triangle but Epp pushes his legs off easily.
Epp thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Love working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Epp doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Epp manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Love working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Epp doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Love is tightening it up a little... Epp has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Epp reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Epp taps out! Nice BJJ there by Love!
