Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Grant Manfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Ray Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grant Manfield has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Grant Manfield!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ray Ray Silva!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
Manfield walks into a jab.
Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Manfield wants to clinch.

Silva rushes Manfield and presses him up against the cage.
Silva pressing his opponent against the cage.
Silva landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

Silva manages to break the clinch.

Manfield has Silva up against the cage in a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Silva breaks from the clinch.
Manfield fails in his attempt to clinch.
Silva lands with a hook. Manfield tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Manfield throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Manfield off to one side.
Silva tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Manfield manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Silva lands with a big left! Manfield is wobbled badly! Silva comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Manfield to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ray Ray Silva!
Ray Ray Silva bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
