Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between RYAN JOHNSON (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Philip Ryne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think JOHNSON might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to BARBIE GIRL. RYAN JOHNSON looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, RYAN JOHNSON! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Philip Ryne! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryne shoots for a double leg takedown but JOHNSON sprawls well. He's pushed Ryne's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ryne will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Ryne goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like RYAN JOHNSON has been cut. Ryne should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Ryne tries to clinch up. Ryne changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. JOHNSON looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Ryne cracks JOHNSON with an elbow. That is naaassty. JOHNSON is not content to let Ryne control the position. JOHNSON is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Ryne has just dragged him back down to the mat. JOHNSON is breathing heavily. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Ryne has eaten all the pies! Ryne trying to control the position but JOHNSON is working away. Ryne stands up and we're back to a striking position. Ryne tries to close the distance and clinch up but JOHNSON swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's one minute gone in the round. JOHNSON pushing out the jab but it's not landing. JOHNSON throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. JOHNSON swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ryne counters with a shoot takedown. JOHNSON fights it but they end up in guard. JOHNSON keeping moving, preventing Ryne from controlling successfully. Ryne must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. JOHNSON is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ryne is controlling him. JOHNSON pushes Ryne off and scrambles back to his feet.
JOHNSON circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ryne misses with a low kick as JOHNSON jumps back. Ryne throws a right and a left that both miss. Whack! JOHNSON lands a heavy head kick that drops Ryne. The ref tackles JOHNSON to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Ryne was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). RYAN JOHNSON!
