Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ernest Brockridge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Homer Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brockridge comes into the arena with On the Warpath blaring out of the sound system. Ernest Brockridge has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cox tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Brockridge counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Cox!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brockridge is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Cox will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Cox is working to avoid the ground and pound but Brockridge connects with a decent elbow.

Brockridge fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Cox is rocked!
Brockridge softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Cox is out cold! Brockridge jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

A very excited looking Ernest Brockridge made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
