Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shagga Rogonski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Andrade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tony Andrade is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogonski keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Andrade pushes Rogonski up against the cage in a clinch.

Rogonski escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rogonski throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Andrade.
Andrade throws a lazy uppercut
and Rogonski counters with a stiff right hand.
Rogonski fails to land the takedown.
Rogonski tries to clinch there but Andrade circles away.
Rogonski paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Tony Andrade has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rogonski throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Rogonski enables Andrade to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rogonski manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Andrade throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rogonski works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Andrade has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Andrade is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Tony Andrade hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
A jab from Rogonski misses.
Rogonski shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Andrade eats them both and turns towards Rogonski to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Andrade doesn't manage to clinch there - Rogonski circles away.

Andrade wants to stand up but Rogonski is controlling him.

Rogonski tries to stand but Andrade is controlling from the bottom.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Andrade wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Rogonski has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Tony Andrade.

Andrade shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rogonski napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Andrade has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Rogonski uses from the top position.

Rogonski wants to stand and escape but instead Andrade has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Andrade manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
