The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brockridge throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Lawal is breathing heavily.
Lawal takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lawal gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Brockridge.
It looks like Muhammed Lawal has been cut.
A thudding body kick lands there by Brockridge!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Brockridge. Lawal shrugs it off though.
Lawal takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Lawal takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Brockridge lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Lawal crumples to the floor! Brockridge milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
