Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pi Ling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stephan Kesting (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ling tries to clinch up but Kesting circles away and keeps his distance.
Ling moves into the clinch.
Ling is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Ling misses with a punch to the body.
Ling stops a takedown attempt from Kesting.
Kesting jumps guard but Ling stands there with Kesting around his waist. Kesting gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Ling gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Ling trying to control but Kesting is working from the bottom.
Ling will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Ling working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Kesting not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kesting is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ling is aware though and is defending well.
Ling distracts Kesting with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Ling working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ling gets to his feet and stands over Kesting, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Kesting felt that one! Ling unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Kesting from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pi Ling!
