The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beilin scores with a punch to the head.
The fighters circling - Beilin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Nice defenses there by Pettis.
A telegraphed right hand from Beilin misses the target.
Beilin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Pettis.
Pettis ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Pettis uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Beilin.
Beilin misses with a looping left.
Pettis steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Beilin.
Beilin misses the jab.
Beilin throws a looping overhand right but Pettis ducks down to avoid it.
Pettis ducks under a wild hook from Beilin.
Beilin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Pettis.
Beilin misses with a straight right.
Beilin lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Pettis shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Beilin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pettis thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Pettis drops back looking for a leg! Beilin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Beilin manages to kick Pettis off! Pettis jumps back into Beilin's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pettis drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Pettis seems to have locked his on tight now - Beilin screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Pettis, as he picks up the win!
