The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bangs has Tomkins up against the cage in a clinch.
Bangs tries to pull guard but Tomkins forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Tomkins has had enough of the clinch but Bangs keeps him there for the moment.
Bangs jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tomkins walks away with a smile on his face. Bangs gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
No luck for Bangs with that takedown attempt.
Taylor Tomkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andreas Bangs.
Bangs clinches with his opponent.
Bangs tries a knee to the head but Tomkins blocks it.
Bangs pulls Tomkins into guard.
Tomkins has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Bangs looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Tomkins is defending well. Bangs quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Tomkins has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Bangs celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Andreas Bangs really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that KAISER logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
