The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nelson Autoshop paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Nelson Autoshop tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Bon darts in and clinches Nelson Autoshop up against the cage.

Bon has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Jon Bon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Bon remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Nelson Autoshop changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bon tries to avoid it but Nelson Autoshop manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bon to the ground. Bon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bon shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bon showed some decent athleticism there.
