Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Debito Arudou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaques Louis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arudou's entrance music is Chocs Away. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Louis shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Arudou's guard.

Louis trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Arudou manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Louis is trying to keep Arudou in close.
Arudou wants to pass the guard but Louis is keeping the position.
Louis throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Louis thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Louis wants to get back to his feet but Arudou is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Louis is looking for a triangle here but Arudou uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Arudou is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Louis knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Louis tries to improve position but can't.
Louis is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Arudou thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Louis is trying to get back to half guard.
Louis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Arudou. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Louis is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Arudou asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Louis tries to bench press Arudou off him but Arudou keeps the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Louis can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Arudou wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Louis, who protects the arm well.

Arudou thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Arudou could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Arudou tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Louis manages to work his way to half guard, despite Arudou's best efforts.

Arudou wants to work for an arm triangle but Louis is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Arudou prevents Louis from improving his position.

Arudou not allowing Louis to control his hands.
Louis can't escape the position.

Arudou is looking for the choke from the back position but Louis is controlling his hands well.
Arudou is breathing heavily.

Louis tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Louis defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Arudou.
Louis is trying to escape the mount.
Arudou fails to take his opponent's back.
Louis swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Arudou manages to capitalize on a mistake by Louis to take his back!

Debito Arudou dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Louis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Arudou looks to land a combination but Louis avoids it well.
Louis ducks under a wild hook from Arudou.
Louis shoots in but no luck this time.

Louis darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Debito Arudou overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Louis passes to full mount!

Arudou tries to reverse the position but Louis maintains control.
Louis postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Arudou badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Louis around the waist but Louis pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Louis is the winner by TKO! Louis jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
